Since I can remember I’ve always loved photography. I enjoy manipulating images. I have spent a great amount of time playing around with photos just for fun. It was a hobby that quickly became an obsession. I would edit random photos for strangers online. I would show my friends and they began to ask me to personalize images for them too! Brainstorming how I could turn something like this into a career took some time. I didn’t want it to become something I would grow to dislike. The internet is saturated with so many editors... It wasn’t easy thinking of something that could help me stand out.

In the beginning of November while driving to do our weekly food donation truck, I had an idea to start an embroidery business… and after sharing my idea with my family, everyone was on board. My mother and another special person offered me some financial help for the start up fees and come mid November my dream was brought to fruition…

I took the leap and purchased my first embroidery machine. I registered my business and my journey began.

I have to admit was super intimidating. My machine sat unused for about three weeks while I studied all the tips and tricks of the trade. And I do not have it all figured out yet but I certainly am learning, fast!

To everyone who’s read this far, thank you. I can’t wait to show you all what I’ve done so far. I truly hope and pray this small business will be exactly what my family needs and more…
