Can I change my design/photo after submitting my order?You have 48 hours after placing your order to make any changes with no additional charge. If you would like to change your design AFTEE 48 hours it will be an additional $5 charge. We will email you with the invoice before continuing with changes. Please note; if the image you provided is larger or more intricate etc., additional charges may apply

Express Fee / What if I need my order to gift by a certain date?The Express fee is $20. Please email us with your order number in the subject line and the expected date you need to received you item. We will let you know if your request is manageable. The Express fee is for your order to be pushed to the top of the queue. We complete our express orders in order of urgency. If there are a lot of requests placed at the same time, we will complete the ones who need it earliest first. Our processing times are 3-4 weeks with 1-4 day U.S. shipping. Please try to order accordingly. You will receive an additional invoice for $20 to cover the extra cost of the Express fee. Please note: work will not begin until the Express fee is paid. For international orders: We can ship Express orders out promptly but with international shipments, we cannot guarantee your date of arrival. They always take longer than expected to deliver.

Package returned to sender?Please double check your address before checking out. If you enter it wrong you will need to cover additional shipping costs. If we enter it wrong, we will re ship the order and cover the cost.

Package not delivered or lostWe are in no way affiliated with UPS or USPS. Once we ship a package, whatever happens next is out of our control. If your package states its "lost in transit" please file a claim with UPS/USPS. If you do not get the package and the tracking states it was delivered, please check the surrounding neighbors or you can file a police report if you believe the package was stolen. It is rare that this happens but if something happens, please contact UPS/USPS then email us.

What are your processing times?Our processing times at the moment are 4-6 weeks. This does not include the time it takes for the order to be delivered to you once it ships.

What if I do not like the design or change my mind and want something different?Edits may delay your order by a few days. Please try to be very specific when replying to our emails so we can get all your edits in at one time. If you want a completely different custom design, a fee to be determined will apply and work will not begin until the new invoice is paid. New designs will take 3-5 additional days to complete.

What happens if I don't like my design?We will confirm through email for any custom designs that you've submitted. If we do not receive a response to our first email, we will send one additional email to confirm. If we do not hear back after 8 days, we will make and ship the order without confirmation. To avoid this happening please make sure you respond to our emails in a timely manner!
