SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks. We use UPS/USPS. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can make arrangements. Additional fees will apply for expedited shipping. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and in good condition. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the problem.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since our items are custom made/ made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if there is an issue with your order upon arrival please reach out so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible!! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Twisted Knot Embroidery. 

CANCELLATIONS

You have 48 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS after 48 hours from placing your order. 

We are not responsible if you happen to not like the thread color, size of clothing, or color chosen. Please keep in mind that colors may vary due to monitor and screen settings.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out. 

If you have concerns about a submitted photo, color or size, please email us within 48 hours of purchasing at

so we can adjust the order accordingly.
